Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP)  3MHz

 The ADCP-R9 River Dual-Frequency ADCP supports water-profile measurement, bottom-track velocity measurement and discharge computation. Equipped with an intelligent dual-frequency auto-switching operating mode, it integrates an additional 500 kHz central beam for river cross-section bathymetry.

This dual-frequency ADCP adapts to velocity and discharge measurement across diverse aquatic environments, with superior performance for high-precision flow monitoring in shallow water channels. It can be mounted on survey boats and trimarans for moving-vessel transect surveys, and supports external peripherals including compass, GPS and radio modem.

  • Proprietary algorithm architecture paired with a comprehensive multi-frequency transducer array. The unit autonomously adjusts bin size, operating frequency and bin count, enabling seamless continuous profiling from shallow to deep water with optimized system setup and maximum vertical bin resolution.
  • Auto-selectable sampling schemes: pulse-coherent, broadband and narrowband modes. Pulse-coherent mode delivers peak spatial resolution for shallow-water surveys, while broadband/narrowband modes guarantee supreme measurement accuracy in deep-water conditions.
  • Brand-new native Chinese ADCP data acquisition software, featuring real-time data logging, post-processing and report export modules for downloading, visualizing and analyzing raw measurement datasets.
  • Exclusive RTK-GPS integration (with external compass). In conditions where bottom-tracking is unavailable, the RTK-GPS system serves as a bottom-track substitute to output high-precision geodetic positioning coordinates, while extending the effective flow measurement range.
